ADG3123 is an 8-channel, noninverting CMOS to high voltage level translator. Fabricated on an enhanced LC²MOS process, the device is capable of operating at high supply voltages while maintaining ultralow power consumption. Typical applications include low voltage to high voltage translation, TFT-LCD panels and Piezoelectric motor driver.
- 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range
- Output voltage levels (VDDA and VDDB to VSS ≤ 35V) low output voltage levels is down to -24.2V
- High output voltage levels up to +35V
- Rise/fall time is 12ns/19.5ns typical
- Propagation delay is 80ns typical
- Operating frequency of 100KHz typical
- Ultralow quiescent current is 65μA typical
- ±0.03µA leakage current
- 20 lead TSSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
