ADEL2020 is an improved second source to the EL2020. This op-amp improves on all the key dynamic specifications while offering lower power and lower cost.
- Ideal for video applications
- 0.02% differential gain, 0.04° differential phase and 0.1dB bandwidth to 25MHz (G = +2)
- High speed of 90MHz bandwidth (-3dB), 500V/ns slew rate
- 60ns settling time to 0.1% (VO = 10V step)
- Low noise features 2.9nV/√Hz input voltage
- Low power of 6.8mA supply current and 2.1mA supply current (Power-Down Mode)
- High performance disable function: turn-off time of 100ns
- Input to output isolation of 54dB (Off State)
- 8 lead DIP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
