ADA4097-1 is single robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp) with inputs that operate from −VS to +VS and beyond. The ADA4097-1 Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate up to 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond, up to 70V <gt/> -VS, independent of the +VS supply. Typical applications includes industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments and 4mA to 20mA transmitters.

• Low power supply current: 32.5µA (typical) and input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal
• Low input offset voltage: ±60µV max and low input offset voltage drift: ±1µV/°C max
• Low input voltage noise: 6Hz typical 1/f noise corner and 1000nV p-p typical at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
• GBP: 130KHz typical for fTEST = 250Hz and slew rate: 0.1V/µs typical at ΔVOUT = 4V
• Low power supply current shutdown: 20µA max and low input offset current: ±300pA max
• Large signal voltage gain: 120dB minimum for ΔVOUT = 3.5V
• CMRR: 120dB min at VCM = -0.1V to +70V and PSRR: 123dB min at VSY = +3V to ±25V
• 6 lead TSOT package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
