AD843KNZ

AD843 is a fast settling, 34MHz, CBFET input op-amp. Unlike many high frequency amplifiers, the AD843 requires no external compensation and it remains stable over its full operating temperature range. Typical application include high speed sample-and-hold amplifiers, high bandwidth active filters, high speed integrators and high frequency signal conditioning.

• AC performance: 34MHz typ unity gain BW, 135ns to 0.01% fast settling, 250V/µs typ slew rate
• 3.9MHz full power bandwidth
• DC performance: 1mV max I/P offset voltage, 0.6nA typ I/P bias current
• 19nV/√Hz typ I/P voltage noise
• Open loop gain: 30V/mV into a 500 ohm load
• 50mA min output current and 13mA max supply current
• 0.025% typ differential gain at f = 4.4MHz
• 0.025° typ differential phase at f = 4.4MHz
• 8 lead DIP package
• Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
