AD811 is a wideband current feedback operational amplifier optimized for broadcast-quality video systems. It is suitable for use in video crosspoint switchers, multimedia broadcast systems, HDTV compatible systems, video line drivers, distribution amplifiers, ADC/DAC buffers, DC restoration circuits, medical (ultrasound, PET, gamma, counter applications).
- Flexible operation: specified for ±5V and ±15V operation
- Small signal -3dB bandwidth is 140MHz at G = +1
- 40MHz full power bandwidth
- 400V/µs typ slew rate
- 0.01% differential gain at f = 3.58MHz
- 0.01° differential phase f = 3.58MHz
- 3mV max input offset voltage and 5µV/°C typ offset voltage drift
- 1.9nV/√Hz typ input voltage noise and 20pA/√Hz typ input current noise
- 8 lead DIP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
