AD7938BSUZ

AD7938 is a 12bit high speed, low power, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 50MHz. It feature eight analog input channels with a channel sequencer that allows a preprogrammed selection of channels to be converted sequentially. These parts can operate with either single-ended, fully differential, or pseudo differential analog inputs.

• Specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V and full shutdown mode: 2µA max
• Throughput rate: 1.5MSPS, ±1LSB max INL
• Power consumption: 6mW max at 1.5MSPS with 3V supplies, 13.5mW max at 1.5MSPS with 5V supplies
• 8 analog input channels with a sequencer and no pipeline delays
• 8-ch single-ended, 4-ch fully/pseudo differential and 7-ch pseudo differential I/P's
• Accurate on-chip 2.5V reference: ±0.2% max at 25°C, 25ppm/°C max
• 69dB SINAD, 71dB SNR, -73dB THD at 50KHz input frequency
• High speed parallel interface-word/byte modes
• 32 lead TQFP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
