AD654 is a monolithic V/F converter consisting of an input amplifier, a precision oscillator system, and a high current output stage. It operates from a single supply of 5V to 36V and consumes only 2mA quiescent current. Unlike most V/F converters, this device provides a square-wave output, and can drive upto 12 TTL loads, optocouplers, long cables, or similar loads.
- Full-scale frequency upto 500KHz max
- Minimum number of external components needed
- Versatile input amplifier, dual supply operation is ±5V to ±18V
- Negative current mode
- Positive or negative voltage modes
- Input offset voltage is 0.5mV typ
