It is engineered for ultra-high performance applications and provides flexible power options to achieve the ideal balance between peak system performance and minimal power consumption.

- 862K logic cells and 115.3Mb block RAM
- Features 520 user I/Os and supports high-speed connectivity and flexible interfacing
