It is engineered for ultra-high performance applications and provides flexible power options to achieve the ideal balance between peak system performance and minimal power consumption.

- Slowest or mid speed grade
- 3,780K logic cells and 455Mb block RAM
- Features 832 user I/Os and supports high-speed connectivity and flexible interfacing

- I/O voltage of 3.3V
- VCXO and fractional PLL integration reduces clocking component cost
