ATS-CPX045045035-164-C1-R0 is a pushPIN™ heat sink. It features a flexible barb at the end designed to engage with pre-drilled hole in a PCB for a quick attachment. It uses compression springs that adds the necessary force to hold the assembly together for secure attachment.
- Coarse pitch straight fins design
- Lightweight aluminum heat sink extruded from AL6063 ensure optimal cooling with blue anodized finish
- Supports left‑tabbed hole pattern with recommended hole size of 0.125inch for push‑pin mounting
- Supplied without pre-assembled TIM, allowing use of custom thermal interface materials
- Thermal resistance is 0.8°C/W
- Dimension is 45mm x 45mm x 35mm (1.77" x 1.77" x 1.38") (L x W x H)
