The G4 MICROTEMP series from Thermodisc are compact size, global standard thermal cut-offs. MICROTEMP thermal fuses offer an accurate, reliable solution for upper limit temperature protection against overheating. These thermal cut-offs interrupt an electrical circuit when operating temperatures exceed rated temperature of thermal fuse. The G4 series MICROTEMP thermal cut-offs are industry standard for over temperature protection and it's applied to millions of appliances. These G4 series provides reliable back up protection for temperature controlling thermostats and other over temperature conditions.
  • Current interrupt capacity up to 10A at 250VAC
  • Functioning temperature (Tf) range from 72°C to 257°C
  • Available in cut, formed or terminated leads

    Thermodisc Great deal worked like new product after install great place to deal with February 17, 2015
    THERMODISC - G4A01240C These fuses are used in a lot of standard coffee makers to prevent the heater from overheating. The only downside to these is that they are a fuse, so they are 1-time use only. Good product, and good price. December 9, 2014

    I am replacing thermal fuse on a waffle maker. what do i need to reattach fuse .

    I used spade and lug connectors which I crimped on the the fuse and existing wires. Worked perfectly and now I can replace the fuse by only crimping connectors on the new fuse. If you solder the fuse onto the wires you need to use heat sinks.

    you can solder the fuse for low temperature or Crimp the leads for high the below link for more information
