Application includes PDA / notebook / desktop / server applications, high current POL converters, low profile, high current power supplies, battery powered devices, DC/DC converters in distributed power systems, DC/DC converter for field programmable gate array (FPGA).
- 5.6μH inductance ±20% at 100KHz, 0.25V, 0A (25°C ambient)
- 63.0mohm DCR (25°C), 4.25A heat rating current DC (typ)
- 3.50A saturation current DC (typical, -55°C to +125°C temperature range)
- 20MHz SRF (typical)
- Shielded construction, lowest DCR/μH, in this package size
- Handles high transient current spikes without saturation
- Ultra low buzz noise, due to composite construction
- Excellent temperature stability for inductance and saturation
- Excellent DC/DC energy storage up to 1MHz to 2MHz, filter inductor applications up to SRF
