LD29300P2MTR

LD29300P2MTR is a high current, high accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator. This regulator features a 400mV dropout voltage and very low ground current. Designed for high current loads, this device is also used in lower current, extremely low dropout-critical systems, where its tiny dropout voltage and ground current values are important attributes. Typical applications are in power supply switching post regulation, series power supply for monitors, series power supply for VCRs and TVs, computer systems and battery-powered systems.

• Quiescent current is 20mA typical at (IO = 1.5A, TJ = -40 to 125°C)
• Short circuit current is 4.5A typical at (VI - VO = 5.5V)
• Control input current is 5μA typical at (TJ = -40 to 125°C, VINH = 13V)
• Output noise voltage is 50μVRMS typical at (BP = 10Hz to 100KHz, IO = 100mA)
• Supply voltage rejection is 75dB typ at (f = 120Hz, VI = 3.23, ±1V, IO = 1.5A)
• Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C
