The R-78C15-1.0 is a 1-output 15W through hole-mount non-isolated DC/DC Converter with wide input range. Switching regulator is ideally suited to replace 1 Amp 78xx linear regulators and is pin compatible. Efficiencies of up to 96% mean that very little energy is wasted as heat and the high input voltage is useful feature.
