The LPS800 series from Vishay are thick film power resistors for mounting onto a heatsink. The resistance range includes E24 decade values range from 0.3ohm to 900Kohm with ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and ±10% tolerance.
- Limiting element voltage of 5KV, rated power is 800W
- Temperature coefficient is ±150ppm/°C (10 ohm<lt/>R), ±300ppm/°C (1ohm<lt/> R≤10 ohm), ±500ppm/°C (R≤1ohm)
- Thick film resistive element with alumina substrate
- Insulated case UL94V-0 mechanical protection
- Temperature range from -55°C to 175°C
- Non inductive, easy mounting
- Low thermal radiation of the case
- Dielectric strength is 7KVRMS or 12KVRMS(IEC 60115-1, 1min, 10mA max)
- High voltage, high power resistor
