Differential probe set best suited for measurements of high-speed differential signals. These signals are commonly used in digital and power applications and especially at serial buses like CAN. This can be powered by USB or 9V battery and is compatible with all oscilloscopes with 50 ohm BNC inputs. Oscilloscopes without 50 ohm input need a 50 ohm feed through BNC adapter.
