DSPB56367AG150 is a 24-bit audio digital signal processor. It is targeted to applications that require digital audio compression/decompression, sound field processing, acoustic equalization and other digital audio algorithms. It offers 150 million instructions per second (MIPS) using an internal 150MHz clock at 1.8V and 100 million instructions per second (MIPS) using an internal 100MHz clock at 1.5V.
- Program control with position independent code support and instruction cache support
- Six-channel DMA controller
- Internal address tracing support and OnCE¥ for hardware/software debugging
- Very low-power CMOS design, fully static design with operating frequencies down to DC
- STOP and WAIT low-power standby modes
- External memory expansion port, simultaneous glueless interface to SRAM and DRAM
- Pins of unused peripherals (except SHI) may be programmed as GPIO lines
- 144-pin LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 95°C
- 1.71V to 1.89V supply voltage
