N6775A/760 is a 6700 series 60V/5A/300W programmable DC power module in 1U package. It provides programmable voltage and current, as well as measurement and protection features at a very economical price. Use this module to power the device under test or ATE system resources, such as fixture control. This module is used in the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing).
- Ripple & noise (p-p/rms) is 35mV/9mV
- Voltage programming accuracy: 0.1% + 60mV
- Current measurement (readback) accuracy: 0.15% +60mA
- Integrates capabilities of power supply DMM, scope, arb, and data logger
- Large color graphics display
- Over voltage, over current and over temperature protection for your device under test
- GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance come standard
- Input voltage range from 100VAC to 240VAC
- Output disconnect and polarity reversal relays
- Dimension is 7.665"/16.756"/12.319" (H x W x D)
