CIPOS™ Maxi 1200V, 20A three-phase IGBT7 based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x23D package providing fully-featured compact inverter solution with excellent thermal conduction for motor drive applications including industrial drives, fans and pumps, HVAC, active filters, and etc. Suitable for general purpose motor drive - variating frequency and voltage, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), industrial automation and motor control applications.

- Power rating up to 4000W at 10KHz
