The 172D is a 500VA line isolation step-down Plug-in Transformer with electrostatic shield between primary and secondary windings. The primary Input connected to a 5 foot long cord and standard North American NEMA 6-15P approved 250V 3-wire grounded plug. The secondary output connected to a 1 foot long cord and standard North American NEMA 5-15R approved 125V, 3-wire grounded receptacle. This transformer comes with circuit breaker in primary and standardized by North American mark of safety -C UL and UL standards.
