The TF930 is a professional quality bench/portable frequency meter incorporating period, pulse width and totalise functions. It uses the advanced reciprocal measurement technique to provides high resolution regardless of input frequency. As well as frequency and period it can measure pulse width and has a totalise function. A USB interface for remote control and read-back is incorporated.
