Product Overview
The FDMS7620S is a dual N-channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed to provide an optimal synchronous buck power stage in terms of efficiency and PCB utilization. The low switching loss high side MOSFET is complementary by a low conduction loss low side SyncFET. The device is suitable for use with general purpose point of load and notebook system power applications.
