HEF4077BT,653 is a quad 2-input EXCLUSIVE-NOR gate. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VDD.
- Wide supply voltage range from 3V to 15V
- CMOS low power dissipation, high noise immunity
- Fully static operation, 5V, 10V, and 15V parametric ratings
- Standardized symmetrical output characteristics, complies with JEDEC standard JESD 13-B
- Supply voltage range from 3V to 15V
- Input leakage current is ±0.3μA max at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Supply current is 1μA maximum at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 7.5pF typ at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
