The 24-7068-1402 is a 96.5/3/0.5 grade Lead-Free Solder Wire, made of Sn/Ag/Cu alloy. The Ultrapure® K100LD solder bar is suitable for use in wave soldering, selective soldering and tip tinning operations. Kester K100LD provides the lowest cost for wave soldering operations and also provides solder joints with no shrinkage effects and provides a low dross rate.
