AD7789BRMZ-REEL

AD7789 is a Sigma-Delta ADC features low power, low noise, analog front end for low frequency measurement application. The device operate from an internal clock. Therefore, the user does not have to supply a clock source to the device. It is widely used in application such as smart transmitters, battery applications, portable instrumentation, sensor measurement, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, weigh scales, 4mA to 20mA loops.

• Power supply range is 2.5V to 5.25V
• Supply current is 75µA maximum
• Power-down mode is 1µA maximum
• 19-bit p-p resolution (21.5bits effective)
• Integral nonlinearity is ±15ppm typical
• Simultaneous 50Hz and 60Hz rejection
• Internal clock oscillator, VDD monitor channel
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +105°C
• Packaging style is 10-lead mini small outline package [MSOP]
