Product Overview
The Yageo CC series capacitors are Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCC) with Class 2, Y5V dielectric material used for general purpose applications. These capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric materials that contains number of interleaved metal electrodes. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and covered with a layer of plated tin (NiSn).
- Ultra small ceramic capacitors with larger capacitance value
- Capacitance value ranging from 10nF to 47μF
- 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210 case sizes available
- DC voltage rating of 6.3V to 50V
- High temperature range of -30°C to 85°C
- Nickel barrier end termination
- Good reliability with qualification of IEC60068
- Available in ±20% and -20% to +80% tolerance
