120-8 is a 120 series silicone oil-based thermal joint compound. Ut fills the minute air gap between mating surfaces with a grease-like material containing zinc oxide in a silicone oil carrier. It possesses an excellent thermal resistance of only 0.05°C/W for a 0.001in. film with an area of one square inch.

- 2.1min specific gravity, 0.735W/(m)(K) thermal conductivity at 36°C
- 56 (°C)(in.)/watt thermal resistivity, 0.5 bleed, % after 24hrs at 200°C
- 0.5 evaporation, % after 24hrs at 200°C
- Opaque white color, 5 years shelf life
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +200°C
- 8 oz (0.23Kg) jar container size
