The VO615A-3X019T is a 1-channel 4-pin High Temperature Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. It is suitable for line receiver and microprocessor system interface.
- 6kV Peak rated impulse voltage (transient overvoltage)
- 1.6kV Isolation test voltage (partial discharge test voltage)
- 850V Peak rated recurring peak voltage (repetitive)
