The BYT53G-TAP is an ultra-fast Avalanche Sinterglass Diode with solderable plated axial-leads as per MIL-STD-750 standard. It can be mountable to any position. It is suitable for use in very fast rectification and switches, switched mode power supplies and high-frequency inverter circuits.
