Product Overview
The RNX series from Vishay are high voltage metal oxide resistors suitable for special purpose and oil bath or open air operation. It has high temperature fired cermet film, high purity 96% alumina core and solder-coated copper terminals.
- Resistance range from 100 ohm to 2Gohm
- Available in ±10%, ±5%, ±2%, ±1% and ±0.5% tolerance
- Power rating up to 5W at 25°C, high voltage up to 8KV
- Temperature coefficient is ±200ppm/°C (standard), ±100ppm/°C and ±50ppm/°C
- Matched sets available
- Flame-retardant epoxy/flameproof silicone coating
- Through-hole mounting
