Product Overview
The 1-1658622-0 is a 50-position 2-row vertical wire-to-board Ribbon Cable Pin Header with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts and black UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing. Novo receptacles offer a dual contact interface with all normal force created by metal-to-metal contact. This provides a higher degree of contact reliability. Contacts mate with 0.642mm or round posts with 6.22mm maximum and 4.45mm minimum lengths. The Novo tuning fork contact offers a military-approved design.
- Insulation displacement contacts for fast, economical mass terminations
- Contact design provides uniform latching of contacts and housing with connector cover
- Accepts wire size range 28 to 26AWG (0.08 to 0.15mm²), solid or stranded
- Snap-on strain relief and choice of pull loops available
- One-step termination with Novo tooling
