The BTA10-400CRG is an insulated 10A standard TRIAC suitable for general purpose AC switching. It can be used as an ON/OFF function in various applications. By using an internal ceramic pad, the BTA series provides voltage insulated tab (rated at 2500Vrms), complying with UL standards.
