Product Overview

The 2D21 is a miniature, 4-electrode, Inert-gas-filled Thyratron with negative control characteristics for use in relay and grid-controlled rectifier applications. Operating characteristics of the tube include a high-control ratio essentially independent of temperature over a wide range, low grid-anode capacitance and very low grid current.
  • 0.6A Heater current
  • 0.5A Peak cathode current
  • 0.1A Average cathode current
  • 10MΩ Control-grid circuit resistance
  • 8V Anode voltage drop
