A: 
The Revision B has 512MB of RAM. The Rev. A has 256MB RAM. The main difference between the 2 is the "B" board has the bells and whistles while the "A" board is utilitarian and bare bones. Hope this helps. B will always have 512MB and A will always have 256MB.
