Product Overview

The 120D3 is a DC control Solid State Relay with rugged epoxy encapsulation construction. The liquid epoxy-filled line of power solid state relay is subjected to full load test and six times the rated current surge before and after encapsulation. The unique heat-spreader technology relay designed for mounting on printed circuit boards.

  • 8pF Input to output maximum coupling capacitance
  • 85A Peak surge current (1 cycle)
  • 1000Ω Nominal signal input resistance
  • 1VDC Signal drop-out voltage
  • 600V Maximum peak repetitive voltage
  • 1.6V Maximum output voltage drop
  • 2.5mA Maximum off-state leakage current
