Product Overview


The OPV302 is a vertical cavity Surface Emitting Laser Diode with 860nm wavelength. It offers many advantages in sensing applications when compared to infrared LED. This device requires substantially lower drive currents to obtain the same amount of output power as LED. This feature allows to be used in low power consumption applications such as battery operated equipment.
