The NL27WZ126USG is a high performance dual Non-inverting Buffer operating from a 1.65 to 5.5V supply. It features near zero static supply current substantially reduces system power requirements and LVTTL compatible - interface capability with 5V TTL logic with VCC = 3V.
- Over voltage tolerant inputs and outputs
- LVCMOS Compatible
- Extremely high speed - Propagation delay (tpd) 2.6ns typical at VCC = 5V
- Designed for 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operation
- 24mA Balanced output sink and source capability
- 3-state OE input is active-low
- Replacement for NC7WZ126
- Chip complexity = 72 FETs
