Product Overview
The MC33275DT-3.0G is a micropower fixed low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator in 4 pin TO-252 package. This positive regulator has very low quiescent current and it is capable of supplying output currents up to 300mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protections are provided by the presence of a short circuit at output and an internal thermal shutdown circuit. Due to low input to output voltage differential and bias current specifications, this device is ideally suited for battery powered instruments and industrial equipments where an extension of useful battery life is desirable.
