Product Overview
Mini-Fit Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) Plugs and Receptacles are ideal for high-current applications requiring a redundant terminal retention feature. Mini-Fit TPA plugs and receptacles utilize a highly visible "TPA pin" that indicates when a terminal is fully seated in the housing and ensures that the terminal will not back out of the housing during mating or when in use. Mini-Fit TPA products are available in wire to wire and wire to board configurations.
- Supports up to 13A current
- Vertical or right angle headers with mounting pegs/screw-mount flanges
- Connector position assurance (CPA) key prevents accidental unmating
- Accepts standard Mini-Fit crimp terminals
- Polarized housings with isolated terminals
- Positive locks and low-engagement forces
