Product Overview
The SLD series high power automotive TVS Diode for protection against load dump conditions. It is designed to provide precision overvoltage protection for sensitive electronics. Primary applications for the SLD series include protection against damage due to inductive load switching and alternator load dump.

- Glass passivated chip junction
- Low incremental surge resistance
- Excellent clamping capability
- 0.01% Repetition rate (duty cycle)

- Available in unidirectional and bidirectional
- ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 (IEC801-2)
