Product Overview
The KPBA-3010ESGC-F01 from Kingbright is a right angle, surface mount, dome shaped high efficiency bi-colour LED. Bi-colour of LED are high efficiency red and super bright green colour made with gallium arsenide phosphide on gallium phosphide orange light emitting diode and gallium phosphide green light emitting diode respectively. This is a low power consumption LED which has wide viewing angle and Ideally suitable for backlighting and indicators.
- Available in size of 3mmx1mm right angle, 2mm thickness
- Forward voltage of 2.0V for red and 2.2V for green
- Forward current of 20mA for red and green
- Dominant wavelength of 625nm for red and 568 for green
- Peak wavelength of 627nm for red and 565 for green
- Luminous intensity of 12mcd for red and 12mcd for green
- Water clear lens type
- Viewing angle of 140°
