Product Overview
The DSEI20-12A is a Fast-recovery Epitaxial Diode features very short recovery time and extremely low losses at high switching frequencies. It is used as anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, anti-saturation diode, snubber diode, free-wheeling diode in converters, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating and melting, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and ultrasonic cleaners and welders.
