Product Overview
BTS141TCBUMA1 is a smart low-side power switch. This N-channel vertical power FET in Smart SIPMOS® chip on chip technology. It provides embedded protection functions. It is used in all kinds of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in switching or linear applications, μC compatible power switch for 12V and 24VDC applications, and replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
- Logic level input, input protection (ESD), thermal shutdown with latch
- Overload protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection
- Current limitation, status feedback with external input resistor
- Analog driving possible, AEC qualified, drain source clamp voltage from 60V to 73V
- On-state resistance is 25mohm typical at (VIN = 10V, ID = 12A, Tj = 25°C)
- Current limit is 12A minimum at (VIN = 10V, VDS = 0.5V, TC = 85°C)
- Turn-on time is 40μs typical at (VIN to 90% ID: RL = 2,2 ohm, VIN = 0 to 10V, Vbb = 12V)
- Turn-off time is 70μs typical at (VIN to 10% ID: RL = 2,2 ohm, VIN = 10 to 0V, Vbb = 12V)
- Unclamped single pulse inductive energy is 4000mJ min at (ID = 12A, Tj = 25°C, Vbb = 32V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, TO-263 (D2PAK) package
