GE Capacitor 440 vac

Details: 
Hi,

I need to replace my old capacitor for the a/c unit and am not sure whether Gentec 97F9848 will work for me or not. I currently have
GE Capacitor No PCB'S
27L799
Dielektrol VI 0330
35 uf 3 uf 440 vac
+06 -06% 50/60 Hz
Can anybody tell me if this capacitor can replace my old one,
and if not, can you recommend me one. Thank you.

You have not mentioned the case style if the case style is "S" type this meets rest of the other specs.
