Product Overview

The DSS5240T-7 is a PNP low saturation Bipolar Transistor offers -2A continuous collector current IC and -225mV maximum low saturation voltage VCE(sat) @ -1A. It is suitable for gate driving MOSFETs and IGBTs, load switch, DC-to-DC converters and battery charging applications.
  • UL94V-0 Flammability rating
  • 90mΩ at 0.5A for a low equivalent ON-resistance RCE(SAT)
  • DSS4240T Complimentary NPN type
  • Halogen-free, Green device
  • -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
