Product Overview
The DMN5L06K-7 is a N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET with moulded plastic case and solderable matte tin annealed over alloy 42 lead-frame terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard. This new generation 50V MOSFET designed to minimize RDS (ON) and yet maintain superior switching performance. This device is ideal for use in battery power management and load switch.
