Product Overview

The DFLS1200-7 is a high voltage Schottky barrier Rectifier Diode Matte with guard ring die construction for transient protection, tin annealed over copper lead-frame terminals, UL94V-0 flame-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band terminal connection. Solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-202, method 208 standard. Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity.
