Product Overview
The B530C-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and solderable lead-free matte tin-finish terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection application. It is ideally suited for use as polarity protection diode, re-circulating diode and switching diode.
- Polarity is indicated by cathode band or cathode notch
- Guard-ring die construction for transient protection
- Ideally suited for automated assembly
- Low power loss, high efficiency
