The HCPL-316J-500E is a 2A Gate Drive Optocoupler with integrated de-saturation detection and fault status feedback makes IGBTVCW fault protection compact, affordable and easy-to-implement while satisfying worldwide safety and regulatory requirements.
  • CMOS/TTL compatible
  • 500ns Maximum switching speeds
  • Soft IGBT turn-off
  • Undervoltage lock-out protection (UVLO) with hysteresis
  • User configurable - Inverting, non-inverting, auto-reset and auto-shutdown
  • -40 to 100°C Temperature range
