Ultra low power 10MBd digital CMOS optocoupler. It is suitable for use in communication Interface: RS485, CAN Bus, I2C, microprocessor system interfaces and digital isolation for A/D, D/A conversion.

- Built-in slew-rate controlled output
- Tristate output with enable pin VE
- 20KV/μs minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1000V
- High Speed: 10MBd min
- Guaranteed AC and DC performance over wide temperature: -40° C to +105° C
- UL 1577 recognized – 3750 VRMS for 1 minute
- CSA Approval
- IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 approval for reinforced insulation
